Advocates for Life is very excited to roll out a new series of Project Teams in the Fall of 2019.

Pregnant on Campus Support Team

We are here to advocate for the unborn and the vulnerable. Across the United States over 4.5 million college students are parenting while pursuing their studies. When we are notified that a woman is in need of assistance we are the first responders. Our students advocate for pregnant women by ensuring that they do not suffer from discriminatory University practices and that they understand their rights. Our students will connect parents with a supportive network that allows the mother to pursue her academic goals while parenting. Roles include:

- Academic Advocate

- Food/Necessities Advocate

- Childcare Advocate

- Scholarship and Financial Assistance Advocate

- Counseling and Buddy Advocate

- Community Rock

We are proud to be a part of the pro-life generation, our movement is about saving lives, strengthening families, and empowering women. We let the University and student body know about our movement through a campus outreach strategy of campus-wide events, displays, and cooperatives. Roles include:

Consultancy and Community Assistance Team

We are the youth, energy, and future of the pro-life movement. We can do things our seniors can't do but need to in order for the pro-life movement to succeed. We provide assistance to our community partners with social media support, outreach assistance, and more. Our presence allows other ministries to succeed. If you are interested, roles include:

- Federal Office Liaison

- State Office Liaison

When School's out! Travel and Conferences

Many of the best opportunities to get involved in the pro-life movement come through out of state conferences or during vacation breaks! If you're interested in attending these, let us know and we'll do what we can to help you raise money to attend! If you can stay in Columbia over the summer, let us know and we'll connect you with those opportunities too!
